Հայաստանում Թրամփի երթուղու նախագծի (TRIPP) շինարարական աշխատանքները կսկսվեն 2026 թվականի վերջին կամ 2027 թվականի սկզբին, հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը։

Օգոստոսի 23-ին, Տաշքենդում Ադրբեջանի և Ուզբեկստանի Բարձրագույն միջպետական ​​խորհրդի երրորդ նիստում Ալիևը հայտարարել է, որ նախատեսվում է ստեղծել միջազգային կոնսորցիում, որը կներառի ներդրումներին մասնակցելու, համապատասխան շահույթ ստանալու և այս երթուղով տրանսպորտային ծավալները երաշխավորելու ցանկություն ունեցող ընկերություններ և երկրներ։

«Աշխատանքներ են ընթանում նաև Հայաստանում (TRIPP նախագծի ուղղությամբ), և մեր ամերիկացի գործընկերները մեզ պարբերաբար տեղեկացնում են այս մասին։ Եվ, որքանով մեզ ասել են, շինարարությունը Հայաստանում կսկսվի կամ այս տարվա վերջին, կամ հաջորդ տարվա սկզբին», – հավելել է նա։

Ալիևը նաև նշել է, որ Ադրբեջանը զրոյից կառուցում և արդիականացնում է Բաքվից մինչև Հայաստանի սահմանը երկաթուղու մոտավորապես 400 կիլոմետր երկարությամբ հատվածը:
