Հիշեցնենք, որ օգոստոսի 23-ին Տաշքենդում՝ Կուկսարոյ նստավայրում, տեղի է ունեցել Ադրբեջանի և Ուզբեկստանի նախագահների հանդիպումը, որի ժամանակ Ադրբեջանն ու Ուզբեկստանը Հավերժական բարեկամության համաձայնագիր են ստորագրել։
