Չինաստանի դատարանը ցմահ ազատազրկման է դատապարտել անշարժ գույքի ոլորտում աշխարհի խոշորագույն փոխառուի՝ China Evergrande Group-ի հիմնադրին։ Սա տեղի է ունեցել ընկերության փլուզումից հինգ տարի անց, ինչը ցնցել էր երկրի տնտեսությունն ու ֆինանսական շուկաները։

Հուեյ Կա Յանը, որ մի ժամանակ Ասիայի ամենահարուստ մարդն էր, ապրիլին մեղավոր էր ճանաչվել ութ հոդվածներով, այդ թվում՝ միջոցների ոչ նպատակային օգտագործման, ներդրումների ներգրավման ժամանակ խարդախության, պետական ավանդների ապօրինի յուրացման, ապօրինի վարկերի տրամադրման, արժեթղթերի խարդախ թողարկման և կաշառակերության մեջ։

Նշենք, որ 2020 թվականին նրա Evergrande ընկերության տարեկան վաճառքի ծավալը հասել էր 700 միլիարդ յուան (100 միլիարդ դոլար):

2017 թվականին Հուեյի կարողությունը գնահատվում էր 45,3 միլիարդ դոլար, ինչը, Forbes-ի տվյալներով, ամենաբարձր ցուցանիշն էր Ասիայում: 2023 թվականին այն նվազեց մինչև մոտ 3 միլիարդ դոլար:
