Երեկ՝ հուլիսի 13-ին, ողբերգական ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Սյունիքի մարզում: Ժամը 16:40-ի սահմաններում Կապան քաղաքի Լեռնագործների փողոցի բնակիչ, 44-ամյա Արմեն Բաղդասարյանը իր վարած УАЗ մակնիշի 15 ԼՏ 510 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով Անտառաշատ-Տավրոս գյուղամիջյան ճանապարհի 2-րդ կմ հատվածում դուրս է եկել ճանապարհի երթևեկելի գոտուց և մոտ 80 մետր մի քանի պտույտ շրջվելով՝ գլխիվայր հայտնվել է անտառում:

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքով Ա. Հովհաննիսյանն ու նրա ուղևոր, Կապանի բնակիչ, 32-ամյա Միխայել Գուլիկովը մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են Կապանի բժշկական կենտրոն, իսկ մյուս ուղևոր, Կապանի բնակիչ, 62-ամյա Հակոբ Հակոբյանը՝ տեղում մահացել է:
