Իսրայելն անկախ Վաշինգտոնի և Թեհրանի միջև համաձայնագրի առկայությունից թույլ չի տա Իրանին միջուկային զենք ձեռք բերել: Նման հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել Իսրայելի վարչապետ Բենիամին Նեթանյահուն հրեական պետության կառավարության ամենշաբաթյա նիստի սկզբում, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

«Ես մեծապես գնահատում եմ Իսրայելի պատմական գործընկերությունը Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ Իրանի կողմից միջուկային զենք ստանալու փորձերի դեմ պայքարում: Եվ ես ուզում եմ ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծել՝ համաձայնագրով, թե առանց դրա, քանի դեռ ես վարչապետ եմ, Իրանը միջուկային զենք չի ունենա»,- ասել է Նեթանյահուն:

Նեթանյահուի խոսքով՝ վերջին շաբաթներին Իրանը հարձակվում է տարածաշրջանի երկրների, նույնիսկ դրա սահմաններից դուրս գտնվող երկրների վրա, բայց կա մի երկրորդ պետություն, որի վրա նա չի հարձակվում՝ Իսրայելը:

Նրա կարծիքով՝ դա տեղի է ունենում այն պատճառով, որ Թեհրանը գիտի, թե ինչ հզոր հարված կհասցնի իրեն Իսրայելը, եթե նա դա անի:
