Հայաստանը կվերցնի 320 մլն դոլարի նոր վարկեր։ Համապատասխան համաձայնագրերը հաստատելու մասին որոշումն օգոստոսի 6-ին ընդունվեց Կառավարության նիստում։

Մասնավորապես, կառավարությունը նախատեսում է ստանալ 150 մլն դոլարի վարկ Ասիական զարգացման բանկից։ Այն կտրամադրվի 15 տարի ժամկետով՝ 4,58% տոկոսադրույքով։

Միջոցները, ի թիվս այլնի, հատկացվել են պետական ֆինանսների, պետական պարտքի և ֆինանսական ռիսկերի կառավարման քաղաքականության ամրապնդմանը աջակցելու, ենթակառուցվածքներում ներդրումների կայունության բարձրացման, պետական արժեթղթերի շուկայի կատարելագործման համար։

Երկրորդ վարկային համաձայնագիրը ստորագրվել է Վերակառուցման և զարգացման միջազգային բանկի հետ․ վարկի գումարը կազմում է 170 մլն եվրո (200 մլն դոլար)։ Միջոցները նախատեսված են ներդրումների խթանման, առևտրի և մրցակցության ազատականացման, ինչպես նաև կայուն աճ ապահովելու համար։

Վարկի ժամկետը կազմում է 28 տարի, տարեկան տոկոսադրույքը՝ 3,9%։
