Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունից պետք է հեռացվի հոդվածը, որը «տարածքային պահանջներ է նախատեսում Ադրբեջանի, ինչպես նաև Թուրքիայի նկատմամբ»։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնական Հիքմեթ Հաջիևը թուրքական Haber Global հեռուստաալիքին տված մեկնաբանության մեջ։

Նա նշել է` ստացված ազդանշանները վկայում են այն մասին, որ Հայաստանում սկսվում է նոր Սահմանադրության ընդունման գործընթացը։

«Այն բանից հետո, երբ այդ տարածքային պահանջները կհեռացվեն Սահմանադրությունից, Ադրբեջանը խնդիր չի տեսնում վերջնական խաղաղության պայմանագիրը ստորագրելու համար։ Ավելին, մեր տարածաշրջանում արդեն իսկ դե ֆակտո խաղաղ իրավիճակ է», – ասել է նա։

Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի միջև եղբայրական հարաբերությունները Հաջիևը բնութագրել է հետևյալ կերպ. «Այն սեղանի շուրջ, որտեղ չկա Թուրքիան, կա Ադրբեջանը, իսկ այն սեղանի շուրջ, որտեղ չկա Ադրբեջանը, կա Թուրքիան»։

Հաջիևը նշել է, որ վճռականորեն են արձագանքում Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի շահերի դեմ ուղղված յուրաքանչյուր քայլի, և այդպես կշարունակվի նաև հետագայում։
