«Եթե ամփոփենք նոր գումարված խորհրդարանի առաջին նիստն ու այնտեղ ՔՊ-ականների հիմնական նարատիվները, ապա իշխանության առաջարկը նոր խորհրդարանին հետևյալն է` մոռանանք անցյալը, պատերազմը, հազարավոր զոհերը, Արցախի հանձնումը, ՀՀ տարածքների օկուպացիան, Հայոց ցեղասպանության հարցը և մաքուր էջից սկսենք կառուցողական քննարկումը, թե ինչպես ենք համատեղ առաջ շարժվելու:

Իշխանությունից նաև ակնարկեցին, որ, եթե իրենց առաջարկը չանցնի, ապա գործելու են անթույլատրելի, ագրեսիվ` իրենց հարիր ապօրինությունների ողջ ուժով:

Թեև իր խոսքում ընդդիմությունն անդրադարձավ ՀՀ կենսական խնդիրներին՝ ցույց տալով դրանց արդիականությունը, սակայն, գլոբալ առումով, անհրաժեշտ է սահմանել խնդիրը, մարտավարությունը և, նվազագույնը, հիմնական հարցերի շուրջ կոնսենսուս ստեղծելով, առաջ շարժվել»,- գրել է Աբրահամյանը։
