Մահացու ելքով վրաերթ է տեղի ունեցել Գյումրիում: Հուլիսի 11-ին՝ ժամը 21:30-ին ՃՏՊ է տեղի ունեցել Գյումրի քաղաքի Վազգեն Սարգսյան փողոցում: «Օպել» մակնիշի 15 xx 550 պետհամարանիշերով ավտոմեքենան վրաերթի է ենթարկել Գյումրի քաղաքի բնակիչներ, 1994 թվականին ծնված Արփինե Մանուկյանին եւ 1984 թվականին ծնված Նելսիկ Ղազարյանին: Նելսիկ Ղազարյանը տեղում մահացել է, իսկ Արփինե Մանուկյանին տեղափոխել են «Գյումրի» բժշկական կենտրոն:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին բժշկական կենտրոնից՝ կնոջ առողջական վիճակը կենտրոն տեղափոխելիս ծայրահեղ ծանր էր: Նրա վնասվածքները կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի են եղել: Հիվանդանոցում Արփինե Մանուկյանը մահացել է՝ այդպես էլ գիտակցության չգալով: Ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների, տուժածներն ամուսիններ են եղել:

Փաստի առթիվ քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ՀՀ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 242 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով:
