«Քյոխ»–ը դատարանում հաղթել է Ռոման Բաղդասարյանին

Երևան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության քաղաքացիական դատարանը այսօր՝ հուլիսի 20–ին, դատավոր Ա.Կարաքեհյանի նախագահությամբ բավարարել է Կարեն Ջալավյանի (Քյոխ) հայցն ընդդեմ Ռոման Բաղդասարյանի։

Դատարանը պարտավորեցրել է վերջինիս իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջերով հրապարակել հերքում՝ հետևյալ բովանդակությամբ․«Ես՝ Ռոման Բաղդասարյանս, հրապարակային հայտարարում եմ, որ 2026 թվականի փետրվարի 5-ին «facebook.com» սոցիալական կայքի էջերումս հրապարակած այն արտահայտությունները, թե Կարեն Ջալավյանը (Քյոխը) գողացել է զինվորներից սնունդը և նրանց առանց ջրի պահել, Եղնիկներում ծաղրել և նվաստացրել է մեր զինվորներին, սովի է մատնել, ինչպես նաև Քյոխը մարդ է, որը միշտ ատել է Հայաստանից եկած զինվորներին, չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը»:

Դատարանը նաև պարտավորեցրել է Ռոման Բաղդասարյանին որպես բարոյական վնասի փոխհատուցում Կարեն Ջալավյանին վճարել 100.000 ՀՀ դրամ:
