Այսօր՝ հուլիսի 15-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 14:20-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության 112 օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ «Արգել» ՀԷԿ-ի տարածքում գտնվող շինություններից մեկում փլուզում է տեղի ունեցել և կան տուժածներ։

Shamshyan.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ տեղի ուժերով քաղաքացիները փլատակների տակից դուրս են բերել 2 քաղաքացու, որոնց օպերատիվորեն ժամանած Չարենցավանի բժշկական կենտրոնի շտապօգնության բժիշկների հերթապահ խմբերը օգնություն են ցուցաբերել և տեղափոխել հիվանդանոց։

Ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների՝ վերանորոգման աշխատանքների ժամանակ փլուզվել է բետոնե ծածկը՝ մոտ 100 քմ, ինչի պատճառով 2 աշխատակիցները արգելափակվել էին փլատակների տակ։
