«Վարդաշեն» ՔԿՀ այցելած փաստաբանի մոտից հայտնաբերվել են թաքցված արգելված իրեր

ՀՀ ԱՆ Քրեակատարողական ծառայության կենտրոնական մարմնի օպերատիվ վարչության «Վարդաշեն» տարածքային բաժնի ծառայողները, իրացնելով ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալները, խուզարկության են ենթարկել դատապարտյալին այցելած փաստաբանին:

Արդյունքում փաստաբանի մոտից հայտնաբերվել են թաքցված 1 բջջային հեռախոս՝ առանց բաժանորդային քարտի, 1 անլար ականջակալի պատյան և բաժանորդային քարտի պատյան՝ թղթե փաթեթով:

Հարկ է նշել, որ փաստաբանը, նախքան քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի բնակելի գոտի մուտք գործելը, սահմանված կարգով իրազեկվել է բնակելի գոտի մուտք գործելու արգելված իրերի հանձնման կանոնների մասին:
