ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը հայտարարել է, որ ինքը կլիներ ամենամեծ կոմունիստը՝ Վլադիմիր Լենինի հետ նույն մակարդակում, եթե կոմունիզմը պետք լիներ «վաճառել որպես գաղափար»։

«Երկրում ձևավորվում է կոմունիզմ, իսկ կոմունիզմը հեշտ է վաճառել։ Ես կլինեի պատմության ամենամեծ կոմունիստը։ Ես կլինեի Լենինի հետ նույն մակարդակում։ Ես ոչ մեկից վատը չէի լինի», - ասել է Թրամփը Անկարայում ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթնաժողովի արդյունքներով կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսում։

«Կոմունիզմը աղետ է։ Դա ապացուցվել է հազարամյակների ընթացքում՝ տարբեր անվանումներով, բայց էությունը մնում է նույնը։ Երբ նրանք ասում են՝ «սոցիալ-դեմոկրատներ»։ Մենք սոցիալ-դեմոկրատներ ենք։ Այնքան հաճելի է հնչում։ Բայց դա այդպես չէ։ Դա շատ վտանգավոր եզրույթ է», - ամփոփել է Թրամփը։
