ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանն այսօր Ազգային ժողովում Դատախազության հաշվետվության ամփոփիչ ելույթին թվարկեց մի շարք նախկին պաշտոնատար անձանց անունները, ում նկատմամբ քրեական գործ է հարուցված, և կալանքն էլ ընտրված է որպես խափանման միջոց:

Նկատենք, որ «Ելք» խմբակցության պատգամավորներն իրենց ելույթներում անդրադարձան այս խնդրին՝ նկատելով, որ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց հաճախ է օգտագործվում, իսկ հիմնականում նպատակը հաշվեհարդարն է լինում կոնկրետ անձանց հանդեպ:

Ապա խոսելով մյուս դիտարկումների մասին, թե լրագրողների նկատմամբ բռնություն կիրառողները չեն ձերբակալվում ու պատժվում, Արթուր Դավթյանն արձանագրեց, որ 8 քաղաքացի դատապարտվել է լրագրողների նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու համար, նաև 4 ոստիկան է դատապարտվել:
