ԱՄՆ նախագահի բանագնացներ Սթիվ Վիտկոֆֆն ու Ջարեդ Քուշները պատրաստ են լսել Ուկրաինայի կարգավորման բոլոր կողմերին, և սա շատ բան է արժե, ասել է Կրեմլի խոսնակ Դմիտրի Պեսկովը։

- Դեռևս համաձայնություն չկա Ուկրաինայի շուրջ բանակցությունների հարթակի վերաբերյալ։

- Ռուսաստանի և Եվրոպայի միջև երկխոսություն սկսելու համար անհրաժեշտ է որոշել, թե արդյոք եվրոպացիները պատրաստ են դրան։ Հաստատ չէ, որ Ռուսաստանին և Եվրոպային միջնորդ կպահանջվի բանակցությունների համար։

- ԲՐԻԿՍ-ը որպես ասոցիացիա չի կարող միջնորդի դեր խաղալ ուկրաինական հակամարտության կարգավորման գործում, բայց դրա անդամ երկրները հայտարարում են դա անելու իրենց պատրաստակամության մասին։

Ռուսաստանը՝ որպես Բելառուսի դաշնակից, միշտ կկանգնի Մինսկի կողքին՝ թե՛ տնտեսական հարցերի լուծման, թե՛ բոլոր հնարավոր սպառնալիքների դեմ պայքարում, այդ թվում՝ Կիեւից եկող սպառնալիքների։
