Եվրահանձնաժողովը շտապ կարգով մշակում է Հայաստանի հետ առևտրի ընդլայնման միջոցառումների փաթեթ՝ հաշվի առնելով Ռուսաստանում հայկական որոշ ապրանքների արտահանման նկատմամբ կիրառվող սահմանափակումները։ Այս մասին գրում է Financial Times-ը։

Պարբերականի տվյալներով՝ Բրյուսելում քննարկվում են այսպես կոչված «ինքնավար առևտրային միջոցառումներ», որոնք նախատեսում են նվազեցնել հայկական սննդամթերքի և գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքի նկատմամբ ԵՄ մաքսատուրքերը։ Նախաձեռնությունը, որը պետք է հաստատվի ԵՄ անդամ երկրների մեծամասնության և Եվրախորհրդարանի կողմից, կներառի շուրջ 20 ապրանքային խմբերի մեծ մասը, որոնց տարեկան արտահանման արժեքը գնահատվում է մոտ 420 միլիոն եվրո։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, հայկական որոշ արտահանվող ապրանքներ խնդիրներ են առաջացնում եվրոպացի պաշտոնյաների համար։ Խոսքը նախևառաջ կոնյակի մասին է, որը Հայաստանի հիմնական արտահանվող ապրանքներից է, սակայն դրա հարցում հաշվի է առնվում նաև Ֆրանսիայի համար կոնյակի արտադրության կարևորությունը։

Բացի այդ, դժվարություններ են ստեղծում նաև արագ փչացող ապրանքների փոխադրումները, քանի որ Հայաստանը ծովային ելք չունի, և դրանք պետք է տեղափոխվեն Թուրքիայի կամ Վրաստանի տարածքով։
