Մայիսի 29-ին արտառոց դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արագածոտնի մարզում։ ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Թալինի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ մայիսի 28-ին, Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ 52-ամյա Խորեն  Խ․-ի շունը, որը գտնվել է արձակված վիճակում հաչացել է հարևանությամբ բնակվող 32-ամյա Կարեն Հ․-ի մանկահասակ երեխաների վրա, հաղորդում է Shamshyan.com–ը։

Նույն օրը ժամը 20։00-ի սահմաններում Կարեն Հ․-ն Թալին քաղաքի Խանջյան փողոցում իր հորը պատկանող որսորդական հրացանով մեկ կրակոց է արձակել Խորեն Խ․-ի շան ուղղությամբ և սատկացրել։

Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Թալինի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք  որսորդական ողորկափող հրազենի հետ միասին փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչության Թալինի քննչական բաժին։
