Ադրբեջանի Միլլի Մեջլիսի պատգամավոր Արազ Ալիզադեն խաղաղության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործության կոչ է արել: Ինչպես հաղորդում են ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները, ադրբեջանցի օրենսդիրը կոչ է արել պատերազմ հայտարարել Հայաստանին: «Պետք է հասկանանք մի պարզ ճշմարտություն. ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման գործում ոչ մի առաջընթաց չի լինի: Մենք պետք է սովորենք ապրել, գիտակցելով, որ գտնվում ենք պատերազմի վիճակում»,- ասել է Ալիզադեն՝ հավելելով, որ խնդիրը կարելի է լուծել միայն պատերազմով:

Հուլիսի 4-ին ձեռնարկած ռազմական սադրանքից հետո Ադրբեջանը սաստկացնում է ատելության քարոզչությունն ու պաշտոնական կամ կիսապաշտոնական լրատվամիջոցները ծառայեցնում է որպես անհանդուրժողական ու ռազմական քարոզչության գործիքներ:
