Հայաստանի համար գազի մատակարարման արտոնությունը Ռուսաստանի հաշվին է, դա ռուսական օգնությունն է եղբայրական երկրին: Այս մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը, փոխանցում է ՌԻԱ «Նովոստին»:

«Արտոնությունը միշտ ինչ-որ մեկի հաշվին է։ Այսինքն՝ այն արտոնությունը, որ ստանում են հայերը, դա միշտ ինչ-որ մեկի հաշվին է, դա երկնքից չէ:

Դա Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հաշվին է։ Սա իսկապես մեր ներդրումն է Հայաստանի զարգացման գործում՝ պայմանավորված այն հանգամանքով, որ դա հայ ժողովուրդն է, մեր եղբայրական ժողովուրդը։ Սա եղբայրական երկիր է, այն եղել է և կմնա եղբայրական, բայց դա մեր հաշվին է»,-ասել Է Պեսկովը լրագրողներին։

«Եկեք իրերը կոչենք իրենց անունով՝ սա մեր օգնությունն է Հայաստանին»,-հավելել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղարը։
