Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու ՔՊ-ն պարբերաբար մոտ ռակուրսներից նկարներ են հրապարակում՝ փորձելով ցույց տալ, թե նախընտրական հանդիպումները մարդաշատ են։ Սակայն իրականում գրեթե բոլոր տեղերում քպականներին հիասթափություն է սպասվում։ Օրինակ՝ Աշտարակում  ողջ վարչական ռեսուրսը կիրառելով, «շրջիկ խմբերով» կարողացել են հանրահավաքին բերել մոտ 500 մարդ, որոնց գերակշիռ մասը, ըստ ականատեսների, մարզպետարանի, համայնքապետարանի և դրանց ենթակայության տակ գտնվող կառույցների աշխատակիցներն են եղել:
