«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Երևանում մայիսի 4-ին մեկնարկած Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի 8-րդ գագաթնաժողովի կադրերում Ադրբեջանի նախագահի սեղանին «Istisu» հանքային ջրի շիշն է դրված: Ապրանքանիշ, որը ադրբեջանական կողմը ներկայացնում է որպես Քելբաջարի աղբյուրներից ստացվող արտադրանք, մինչդեռ Քարվաճառը 2023-ից է անցել Ադրբեջանին Արցախի էթնիկ զտման հետևանքով:

120.000 անօթևան մնացած արցախահայերի նկատմամբ Ալիևի երեկվա այս քայլը որակվում է որպես սադրանք: Իսկ հայ ժողովրդի նկատմամբ՝ ագրեսիա:
