ՄԱԿ-ի մարդու իրավունքների գրասենյակը նշում է, որ փետրվարի վերջին ամերիկա-իսրայելական հարվածներով բռնկված պատերազմից ի վեր առնվազն ինը մարդ մահապատժի է ենթարկվել 2026 թվականի հունվարյան բողոքի ցույցերի առնչությամբ, տասը՝ ընդդիմադիր խմբավորումներին ենթադրյալ անդամակցության համար, և երկուսը՝ լրտեսության մեղադրանքով։

«Փետրվարի 28-ից ի վեր Իրանում, ըստ հաշվարկների, ավելի քան 4,000 անձ է ձերբակալվել ազգային անվտանգությանն առնչվող մեղադրանքներով»,- ասված է գործակալության հայտարարության մեջ։
