Նուբարաշենի աղբավայրում նախօրեին պայթյունի և հրդեհի դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։ ՀՀ ՔԿ-ից «Փաստինֆո»-ին հայտնեցին, որ դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 412-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (անվտանգության պահանջներին չհամապատասխանող հումքերի կամ ապրանքների շրջանառությունը, աշխատանքների կատարումը կամ ծառայությունների մատուցումը):

«Նշանակվել են մի շարք փորձաքննություններ»,- նշել են ՔԿ-ից։
Հիշեցնենք, որ նախօրեին  Նուբարաշենի աղբավայրում պայթյուն է եղել, 36–ամյա տնօրենն ու 54–ամյա աշխատակիցը տեղափոխվել են տարբեր հիվանդանոցներ։

Ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների՝ պայթյունը տեղի է ունեցել պահակակետի հարևանությամբ գտնվող պետքարանի լույսը վառելիս (հավանաբար կուտակված գազերի պատճառով)։
