Ապրիլի 17-ին, վիճաբանություն և ծեծկռտուք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Այդ օրը ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Նոր Նորքի բաժնում տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ Թոթովենցի փողոցում գտնվող թիվ 164 դպրոցում  վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունենում։

Shamshyan.com-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ նույն օրը ժամը 10։45-ի սահմաններում նշված դպրոցում վիճաբանության ժամանակ Երևանի բնակիչ 13-ամյա Վ․ ն, 42-ամյա Առնո Մ․-ն և 14-ամյա Ռ․ ն  հարվածներ են հասցրել 13-ամյա Հ․-ի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ։

Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին։
