- Թրամփի ազդանշաններն ավելի դրական են Ռուսաստանի, քան Ուկրաինայի նկատմամբ։ Սկզբից միջին դիրք է գրավել, ինչը վկայում է Կիեւի նկատմամբ հստակ աջակցության բացակայության մասին։
