Իսլամաբադում Իրան - ԱՄՆ՝ մոտ 21-ժամյա բանակցություններն ավարտվեցին առանց որևէ համաձայնության։ Այս մասին գրել է իրանագետ Վարդան Ոսկանյանը։

«Իրանի ԱԳՆ-ի խոսնակ Բաղային հայտարարել է, որ 2-3 առանցքային հարցերում կողմերի դիրքորոշումները խիստ տարբեր են եղել։ ԱՄՆ-ի փոխնախագահ Վենսը հայտարարել է, որ համաձայնություն չի կայացվել հատկապես միջուկային հարցում։

Ակնհայտ է, որ համաձայնության հասնելու համար խոչընդոտ է եղել նաև Հորմուզի նեղուցի խնդիրը, որն, ի դեպ, մինչև պատերազմը բանակցության առարկա չէր, քանի որ չէր վերահսկվում Իրանի կողմից։

Ինչ կլինի Իսլամաբադում բանակցությունների անպտուղ ավարտից հետո դեռևս պարզ չէ, պակիստանյան կողմը հայտարարել է, որ շարունակելու է խաղաղությանը միտված միջնորդական ջանքերը»,-գրել է նա։
