Ռուս-ուկրաինական հակամարտությունը չի կարող լուծվել առանց Ռուսաստանի համար անվտանգության երաշխիքների: Այս մասին հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը։

«Այժմ, երբ քաղաքական-դիվանագիտական կարգավորման հեռանկար է նկատվում, Եվրամիությունը խոսում է Ուկրաինային անվտանգության երաշխիքներ տրամադրելու անհրաժեշտության մասին՝ որպես խաղաղ կարգավորման հիմնական բաղադրիչ»,- նշել է Սերգեյ Լավրովը, հավելել՝ դա բավարար չէ:
