«Ինչպես մենք բազմիցս ասել ենք, մենք չենք ուզում հրադադար, մենք ուզում ենք խաղաղություն, երկարատև, կայուն խաղաղություն։ Եվ Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի միջև խաղաղությունը կարող է հաստատվել այսօր, եթե Զելենսկին ստանձնի պատասխանատվությունն ու կայացնի համապատասխան որոշում», - նշել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղարը։

Ավելի վաղ Ուկրաինայի ղեկավար Վլադիմիր Զելենսին ասել էր, որ պատրաստ է Զատկի զինադադարի։ Պեսկովն ավելի վաղ ասել էր, որ խաղաղության համար անհրաժեշտ է, որ ուկրաինական զորքերը դուրս գան Դոնբասից։
