Ուկրաինան անվտանգության երաշխիքների շրջանակում ցանկանում է երկրի տարածքում տեղակայել ԱՄՆ-ի և Եվրոպայի երկրների ռազմաբազաներ։ Այս մասին լրագրողներին հայտնել է Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին, հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։

«Եթե Ուկրաինայում կանգնած լինի ամերիկյան ռազմաբազա կամ Ամերիկայի ու Եվրոպայի համատեղ բազա, ապա մենք ավելի քիչ ռիսկեր կունենանք»,- ասել է նա։

Ըստ նրա՝ անվտանգության երաշխիքները պետք է ներառեն արևմտյան ՀՕՊ համակարգեր՝ բավարար ծավալով, և Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերի ֆինանսավորման ապահովում։

«Մենք պայմանավորվել ենք, որ մեր կողմը կառաջարկի իր տեսլականը, իսկ գործընկերները կտան իրենց պատասխանը նման նախագծին»,- պնդում է Զելենսկին։
