Госдепартамент сообщил, что с начала военной операции США и Израиля против Ирана свыше 70 тыс. американцев покинули ближневосточные страны и вернулись в Соединенные Штаты.

«Более 70 тыс. американских граждан благополучно вернулись в США с Ближнего Востока с 28 февраля», - сообщил в X заместитель руководителя пресс-службы американского внешнеполитического ведомства Томми Пиготт. По его словам, Госдеп оказал содействие в возвращении 50 тыс. американцев и организовал более 60 чартерных рейсов.
