Հայաստանի հետ Ադրբեջանի խաղաղությունը գոյություն ունի ոչ միայն թղթի վրա։ Այդ կապակցությամբ ընդունվել է Համատեղ հռչակագիր, որը նախաստորագրվել էր մի քանի ամիս առաջ։ Սակայն խաղաղությունն արդեն զգացվում է գործնականում, հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը Բաքվի XIII Գլոբալ ֆորումի բացման արարողության ժամանակ ունեցած իր ելույթում։

Երկրի ղեկավարն ընդգծել է, որ Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի սահմանին արդեն հրաձգություններ տեղի չեն ունենում, չկան զոհեր և կորուստներ։

«Մենք հանել ենք տարբեր ուղղություններով դեպի Հայաստան բոլոր բեռների փոխադրման սահմանափակումները։ Մենք սկսել ենք առևտուրը Հայաստանի հետ և ամենաանհրաժեշտ նավթամթերքների արտահանումն այդ երկիր»,- նշել է նա։
