«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության պետ, ոստիկանության պետի տեղակալ Կարեն Հակոբյանը պաշտոնին նշանակվել էր 2023 թվականի մարտի 16-ին։ Ժողովուրդ օրաթերթը ուսումնասիրել է նրա 2024 թվականի գույքի և եկամուտների հայտարարագիրը, որը համադրության մեջ հարցեր է առաջացնում։

Անշարժ գույք և «փաստացի տիրապետում»

2024 թվականի հայտարարագրում Հակոբյանը նշել է, որ երկու անշարժ գույք ունի․ առաջինը՝ Երևանի Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանում գտնվող բնակարան, ձեռք բերված 2000 թվականին, որը 2024 թվականի օգոստոսի 1-ին վաճառվել է 41,000,000 դրամով։
