Թոմ Հենքսը կմարմնավորի ԱՄՆ 16-րդ նախագահ Աբրահամ Լինքոլնին «Լինքոլնը Բարդոյում» ֆիլմում, որը նկարահանվել է Starburns Industries-ի կողմից: Ֆիլմը հիմնված է Ջորջ Սոնդերսի համանուն բեսթսելլեր վեպի վրա, որը 2017 թվականին արժանացել է Բուքերյան մրցանակի:

Լինքոլնը պատմություն կերտեց՝ վերացնելով ստրկությունը և առաջնորդելով Միացյալ Նահանգները քաղաքացիական պատերազմի ժամանակ: Նկարահանումները տեղի կունենան Լոնդոնում:

Սոնդերսը կհարմարեցնի իր վեպը մեծ էկրանի համար, իսկ «Օսկար»-ի առաջադրված Դյուկ Ջոնսոնը («Անոմալիզա») կկատարի ռեժիսորական և պրոդյուսերական աշխատանքը:

Ֆիլմը կօգտագործի կանգառ-կադր անիմացիայի և կենդանի մարտաֆիլմերի եզակի համադրություն՝ պատկերելու Լինքոլնի կյանքի ամենաինտիմ պահերից մեկը՝ կենտրոնանալով նրա և վերջերս մահացած 11-ամյա որդու հարաբերությունների վրա: Ֆիլմը ուսումնասիրում է սիրո, կարեկցանքի և մարդկային վշտի հետ հաղթահարելու կարողության թեմաները՝ կենդանի և մահացած, պատմական և գեղարվեստական կերպարների համադրությամբ:
