«Զվարթնոց» միջազգային օդանավակայանն արժանացել է ASQ Customer Experience Awards հեղինակավոր մրցանակների՝ երկու անվանակարգում․

  • Լավագույն օդանավակայան Եվրոպայում (Best Airport in Europe)
  • Ամենանվիրված անձնակազմ (Most Dedicated Staff)

«ASQ Customer Experience Awards»-ը ուղևորների սպասարկման և փորձառության գնահատման ոլորտում համաշխարհային հեղինակավոր մրցանակներից է, որը շնորհվում է «Airports Council International World» միջազգային կազմակերպության կողմից։ Մրցանակակիրները որոշվում են բացառապես ուղևորների անկախ և անմիջական գնահատականների հիման վրա՝ ստանդարտացված հարցումների միջոցով։

Զվարթնոց միջազգային օդանավակայանը հաղթողների խմբում է տարեկան 5–15 միլիոն ուղևոր սպասարկող օդանավակայանների անվանակարգում, որտեղ ընդհանուր առմամբ գնահատվել են 39 օդանավակայաններ Եվրոպայից։
