Ռուսաստանը մշակում եւ ներդնում է նոր հիպերձայնային հրթիռային համալիրներ, հայտնել է Ռուսաստանի Գլխավոր շտաբի գլխավոր օպերատիվ վարչության պետ Սերգեյ Ռուդսկոյը ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարարության «Красная звезда» թերթի հարցազրույցում։
