«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Փետրվարի 20-ին դատական համակարգը հավաքվելու է: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ ՀՀ Վճռաբեկ դատարանի նախագահի հրամանով հրավիրվել է ՀՀ դատավորների ընդհանուր ժողով։ Նկատենք, որ օրակարգի մասին ոչինչ չի հրապարակվել։

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին հասած տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ դատական համակարգում պատրաստվում են ակադեմիայի խորհրդի անդամի ընտրության։ Պետք է մեկ դատավոր ընտրեն քաղաքացիական դատարանից, իսկ մեկ դատավոր էլ՝ քրեական դատարանից։

Պարզեցինք, որ թեկնածուներից մեկը ՀՀ վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավոր Մակար Կիրակոսյանն է, մյուսը՝ Լիլիթ Սարգսյանը, որն էլ վերաքննիչ քաղաքացիական դատարանի դատավոր է։ Նրանց, իհարկե, մրցակիցներ կան, իսկ թե ովքեր են, դեռ դատական համակարգում լռում են»։
