Սաթիկ Սեյրանյանը Պետրոս Ղազարյանի դեմ հայց է ներկայացրել

«Դատալեքս» համակարգից տեղեկանում ենք, որ Ժուռնալիստների միության նախագահ Սաթիկ Սեյրանյանը հայց է ներկայացրել ընդդեմ Պետրոս Ղազարյանի։ Սաթիկ Սեյրանյանը հայցադիմումով պահանջում է դատարանից՝ պարտավորեցնել Պետրոս Ղազարյանին՝ հերքել զրպարտություն հանդիսացող տեղեկությունները։

Հայցադիմումի առիթը եղել է Պետրոս Ղազարյանի ֆեյսբուքյան գրառումը, որում վերջինս նշել էր․

«Սոլովյովի սպառնալիքը պաշտպանել են Հայկ Դեմոյանը, Սաթիկ Սեյրանյանը, նրա սանջակ 24 նյուզը, Միկա Բադալյանը, Անժելա Թովմասյանը, Հրանտ Բագրատյանը։ Նրանց մի մասը հարձակվել ա Սոլովյովին քննադատողների վրա։

Վստահ եմ նրանք ուրախ կլինեին ,եթե այդ սպառնալիքը իրականանար։ Իսկ հիմա նրանք լծվելու են Թրիփի դեմ»։

Հայցվորի դիտարկմամբ՝ այս հայտարարությունները զրպարտություն են, ուստի, Սեյրանյանը պահանջում է պարտավորեցնել Ղազարյանին՝ հերքել զրպարտությունը, ինչպես նաև զրպարտության համար փոխհատուցում՝ 1 մլն դրամի չափով։

Հայցը մակագրվել է Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության քաղաքացիական դատարանի դատավոր Երեմ Եսոյանին, դեռևս առկա չէ որոշում՝ այն վարույթ ընդունելու մասին։
