«Christian Solidarity International»-ը անդրադարձել է ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահ Ջեյ Դի Վենսի՝ Հայաստան և Ադրբեջան այցերին։

Անցյալ շաբաթ CSI-ին հաջողվել է բանտում այցելել Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանին և նրա կողմից ստորագրված նամակ ստացել` փոխանցելու ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահին։ Վենսի աշխատակազմը հաստատել է նամակի ստացումը և հայտնել իր շնորհակալությունը։

CSI-ը բարձր է գնահատում փոխնախագահի թիմի համագործակցությունն ու ներգրավվածությունը և աղոթում է, որ այս այցը թեթևացում բերի հալածվողներին։

«Մենք վստահ ենք, որ փոխնախագահը ուշադրությամբ կընդունի Սրբազանի ուղերձը և՝

- կապահովի Ադրբեջանում և Հայաստանում պահվող հայ քրիստոնյա քաղաքական բանտարկյալների ազատ արձակումը,

- կհասնի երաշխիքների՝ Արցախից բռնի տեղահանված հայերի անվտանգ վերադարձի համար իրենց հնագույն հայրենիք՝ նրանց հիմնարար իրավունքների լիարժեք պահպանմամբ»,- ասված է կառույցի հայտարարության մեջ։
