Հունվարի 18-ին վիճաբանություն և ծեծկռտուք է տեղի ունեցել Գեղարքունիքի մարզում։ Ժամը 00։35-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Ճամբարակի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ Թթուջուր գյուղի գյուղապետարանի մոտ վիճաբանություն և ծեծկռտուք է տեղի ունենում։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ոստիկանության Ճամբարակի բաժնի ծառայողների կողմից ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ հունվարի 18-ին ժամը 00։30-ի սահմաններում Թթուջուր գյուղի գյուղապետարանի շենքի դիմաց Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչներ 20-ամյա Արթուր Ա․-ն և 26-ամյա Կարեն Ղ․-ն կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանել են միմյանց հետ, քաշքշել իրար և ձեռքերով մեկ անգամ հարվածներ են հասցրել միմյանց, որի ժամանակ Կարեն Ղ․-ն ստացել է մարմնական վնասվածքներ դեմքի շրջանում։
