ԱՄՆ-ում սառեցված 1 միլիարդ դոլարի ակտիվները դեռևս պատկանում են Ռուսաստանին, և եթե դրանք ապասառեցվեն, ռուսական կողմը կհրապարակի հրահանգներ այն մասին, թե ինչպես է նպատակահարմար համարում օգտագործել այդ միջոցները։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է նախագահի գործադիր աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Մաքսիմ Օրեշկինը լրագրող Պավել Զարուբինի հետ զրույցում՝ ТАСС-ի փոխանցմամբ։

Մեկնաբանելով Ռուսաստանի առաջնորդ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի վերջին հայտարարությունները, որ Մոսկվան կարող է Ռուսաստանի սառեցված ակտիվներից 1 միլիարդ դոլար փոխանցել Խաղաղության խորհրդին, Օրեշկինը ընդգծել է, որ միլիարդը պատկանում է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը, և իրենք կտան հրահանգներ, թե ինչպես են համարում նպատակահարմար դրա օգտագործումը։
