Եվրոպական միությունը անհրաժեշտության դեպքում պատրաստ է զորքեր ուղարկել Ուկրաինա, հայտարարել է Հունգարիայի վարչապետ Վիկտոր Օրբանը Կապոշվար քաղաքում անցկացված միջոցառման ընթացքում՝ որի հեռարձակումը իրականացրել է M1 հեռուստաալիքը, հայտնում է ՌԻԱ Նովոստի-ն։

Օրբանի խոսքով՝ ԵՄ-ում արդեն իսկ ստորագրված է համապատասխան փաստաթուղթ, որը նախատեսում է նման սցենար։ «Եվրոպան չի պատրաստվում գնալ պատերազմի, նա արդեն գնացել է․ Եվրոպան արդեն պատերազմում է», — ասել է Հունգարիայի կառավարության ղեկավարը՝ հավելելով, որ այժմ հիմնական հարցը այն է, թե որքան արագ այդ գործընթացի հետևանքները կազդեն եվրոպացիների կյանքի վրա։

Ավելի վաղ Վիկտոր Օրբանը կոչ էր արել Եվրամիությանը ընդունել այն իրողությունը, որ Ռուսաստանը թույլ չի տա ՆԱՏՕ-ին մոտենալ իր սահմաններին՝ ընդգծելով անվտանգության հարցերում բուֆերային գոտիների նշանակությունը, նշում է ՌԻԱ Նովոստի-ն։
