Աֆրիկյան ֆուտբոլի կոնֆեդերացիայի (CAF) կարգապահական կոմիտեն վերանայել է Աֆրիկայի ազգերի գավաթի խաղարկության Ալժիրի և Նիգերիայի հավաքականների միջև հանդիպման ընթացքում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպերը, մասնավորապես՝ ծեծկռտուքը։

Նշենք, որ Ալժիրի հավաքականի դարպասապահ Լուկաս Զիդանը որակազրկվել է երկու խաղով։ Զինեդին Զիդանի որդին այդ որակազրկումը կկրի հաջորդ Աֆրիկայի ազգերի գավաթի որակավորման հանդիպումների ժամանակ, հայտնում է Ալժիրի ֆուտբոլի ֆեդերացիայի պաշտոնական կայքը։

Աֆրիկայի ազգերի գավաթի քառորդ եզրափակչում Ալժիրն ու Նիգերիան մրցեցին միմյանց դեմ։ Նիգերիայի հավաքականը տոնեց 2-0 հաշվով հաղթանակ, իսկ «սուպեր արծիվները» մրցաշարում զբաղեցրին երրորդ տեղը։
