Հարավային Կորեայի նախկին վարչապետ Հան Դոկ Սուն դատապարտվել է 23 տարվա ազատազրկման՝ 2024 թվականին ռազմական դրություն մտցնելու հետ կապված սահմանադրական կարգի դեմ ապստամբության համար, հաղորդել է TASS-ը:

Հան Դոկ-Սուն մեղադրվում էր հեղաշրջմանը որպես կարևոր դեմք մասնակցելու և դավադիրների առաջնորդին՝ նախկին նախագահ Յուն Սոկ-յուլին, օգնելու մեջ։ Մեղադրողները պահանջել էին 15 տարվա ազատազրկում։

2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերին Յուն Սոկ-յոլը սահմանադրության խախտմամբ ռազմական դրություն է հայտարարել, որի համար հետագայում հեռացվել է իշխանությունից։ Հան Դոկ-Սուն այդ ժամանակ զբաղեցրել է վարչապետի, իսկ ավելի ուշ՝ Կորեայի Հանրապետության նախագահի պաշտոնակատարի պաշտոնը։
