«Հունվարի 23-ին սառը եղանակը կհաստատվի Ամստերդամից մինչև Չիտա ընկած տարածքում։ Այդ անոմալիայի ձգվածությունը կազմում է մոտավորապես 6,600 կմ։ Սառնամանիքների էպիկենտրոնը կլինի Միջին Ուրալում. հունվարի 23-ի առավոտյան այնտեղ ջերմաստիճանը կլինի նորմայից 20 աստիճանով ցածր՝ հասնելով նվազագույնը -37-ի»,-գրել է նա:
