Ուկրաինան երբեք չի եղել և չի լինի խաղաղության խոչընդոտ։ Ռուսական հրթիռները, ռուսական «Շահեդդին» հրթիռները և Ռուսաստանի փորձը՝ ոչնչացնելու Ուկրաինան, հստակ ապացույց են այն բանի, որ Ռուսաստանին համաձայնագրեր պետք չեն, հայտարարել է Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին։

Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը հայտարարել է, որ Զելենսկին է խոչընդոտում Ուկրաինայի խաղաղության փաստաթուղթը ստորագրելուն:

ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովն ավելի ուշ հայտարարել է, որ համաձայն է Թրամփի կարծիքի հետ և նշել, որ Կիևի վիճակը կարգավորման հարցում օրեցօր վատթարանում է, և եկել է ժամանակը, որ Զելենսկին որոշում կայացնի:
