Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովը վերահաստատել է ԵՄ երկրներին ուղղված իր առաջարկը՝ բռնագրավել Եվրոպայում ռուսական բոլոր ակտիվներն՝ Ուկրաինային հետագա աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու համար, ընդգծելով, որ այս առաջարկը մնում է սեղանին, եթե ԵՄ երկրները որոշեն հետևել այս ուղուն, և որ ակտիվները մշտապես սառեցված են։ Այս մասին Բրյուսելում կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսում հայտարարել է Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լեյենը։

«Ռուսական ակտիվներն Ուկրաինային աջակցելու համար օգտագործելու առաջարկը մնում է ուժի մեջ, և ԵՄ երկրները կարող են այս ճանապարհով գնալ ցանկացած պահի», - նշել է ֆոն դեր Լեյենը՝ վերահաստատելով, որ Եվրահանձնաժողովը չի մտադիրվում ապասառեցնել ակտիվները, նույնիսկ եթե ռազմական գործողությունները դադարեն։

Նա նշել է, որ դրանք մշտապես սառեցված են, և այս որոշումն այլևս չպետք է երկարաձգվի յուրաքանչյուր 6 ամիսը մեկ։

«Դրանք կարող են ապասառեցվել միայն այն դեպքում, եթե ԵՄ երկրների որակավորված մեծամասնությունը քվեարկի կողմ», - ընդգծել է ֆոն դեր Լեյենը։
