Համայնքային ոստիկանության Նոյեմբերյանի բաժնի ծառայողները հունվարի 7-ին օպերատիվ տեղեկություն էին ստացել, որ Երևանյան փողոցում մի խումբ քաղաքացիներ վիճաբանում են:

Մեկնած օպերատիվ խումբը պարզել է, որ ճանապարհը չզիջելու հարցի շուրջ վիճաբանություն-քաշքշուկ է եղել «Նիսանի» 43-ամյա վարորդի, երկու ուղևորների և «Մերսեդեսի» 24-ամյա վարորդի և ուղևորի միջև: Բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք դրսևորելով հասարակության նկատմամբ՝ նրանք հնչեցրել են հայհոյանքներ, փակել ճանապարհը՝ խոչընդոտելով մյուս տրանսպորտային միջոցների երթևեկությանը։

Համայնքային ոստիկանները վիճաբանության մասնակիցներին ձերբակալել և ավտոմեքենաներով հանդերձ՝ տեղափոխել են բաժին, ապա կազմված փաստաթղթերի հետ ներկայացրել նախաքննական մարմին։
