«Տոների և հիշատակի օրերի մասին» օրենքի 1-ին հոդվածի համաձայն Ամանորը և Ծննդյան տոները նշվում են դեկտեմբերի 31-ին, հունվարի 1-ին, հունվարի 2-ին և 6-ին:

Նշենք, որ դեկտեմբերի 31-ը երեքշաբթի օր է, հունվարի 1-ը՝ չորեքշաբթի, իսկ 2-ը՝ հինգշաբթի։ Սուրբ Ծնունդը կնշվի երկուշաբթի օրը։

Աշխատանքային օրենսգրքի 147-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն, ոչ աշխատանքային` տոնական և հիշատակի օրերի նախօրյակին աշխատանքային օրվա տևողությունը կրճատվում է մեկ ժամով, բացառությամբ կրճատ և ոչ լրիվ աշխատանքային ժամանակի պայմաններով աշխատող աշխատողների:

Այսինքն, այն քաղաքացիները, ովքեր աշխատում են շաբաթ օրերին, նրանք կկարողանան դեկտեմբերի 30-ին մեկ ժամ շուտ ավարտել աշխատանքը՝ ամանորյա տոներով պայմանավորված։
