Հիմնվելով արդար խաղաղության վրա՝ մենք ստեղծում ենք նոր իրողություններ և նոր ստատուս քվո Հարավային Կովկասում։ Այս մասին ՀՀ ԱԽՔ Արմեն Գրիգորյանի հետ պանելային քննարկամ ժամանակ ասել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնական Հիքմեթ Հաջիևը։

«Ադրբեջանն ու Հայաստանը հասկանում են, որ խաղաղությունը դեպի վեր ուղղված գործընթաց է, ուստի մեծ աշխատանք է պահանջվում»։

Նա հավելել է, որ պաշտոնական Բաքուն և Երևանը մշտական կապի մեջ են և աշխատում են երկու երկրների միջև ձեռք բերված համաձայնությունների իրականացման ուղղությամբ:
