Դեկտեմբերի 3-ին Վաղարշապատի համայնքային ոստիկանները Գրիբոյեդով բնակավայրի դաշտամիջյան հատվածում հայտնաբերել են դի։

Քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր և Արմավիրի մարզային վարչությունների ծառայողները, համայնքային ոստիկանների հետ համատեղ ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզել են, որ մահացածը 1983 թվականի ծնված Արմինե Մկրտումյանն է։ Նրա անհետ կորելու մասին հաղորդվել էր դեկտեմբերի 1-ին։

Դեկտեմբերի 4-ին Մեծամոր քաղաքում հայտնաբերվել, սպանություն կատարելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել և Վաղարշապատի բաժին է տեղափոխվել Արմավիր գյուղի 35-ամյա բնակիչը, որը խոստովանել է, որ ինքն է սպանել է 42-ամյա կնոջը։ Նա և կազմված փաստաթղթերը ներկայացվել են նախաքննական մարմին․ նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։
